You are doing yourself and your cat an injustice if you are an impulse buyer because a label appeals to you.
Fancy names usually cost more money and you have not read the ingredients list yet, do you wait until you get home to read the ingredients or do you skip that step all together?
Knowing what is IN your cats food should be your number one priority, the label is not what your cat is eating, so it could say simply CAT FOOD on the label, but with nutritious ingredients.
You cannot get around not knowing what you are feeding your cat because at the end of the day, your cat trusts that you are providing it with good foods and will eat whatever you put out for it. There are so many ways to put a “special touch” on your dog to let everyone know it is yours. Differently-colored bandanas, a very unique collar, and if your dog would tolerate it, a neat little hat or doggy t-shirt is also a lot of fun.
When people reside in a neighborhood, they do take brief notice of dogs in the area (friendly or not friendly), but not too much beyond that. What stands out to people are the “markers” on a dog that people can associate with. If you put a neon green bandana on your dog and your dog is friendly, people would now “pay attention” in their subconscious as to where that particular dog lives. This is especially helpful if your dog got out of your yard and ended up a few blocks away.

You may wonder why your dog is so keen on participating in a rousing game of fetch. A dog’s natural instinct is that, if their owner throws something very far, their owner will want that object back right away, so the dog runs to go fetch it.

The first reason is that your dog may be communicating with other dogs nearby, and this is how they are speaking with each other. Don’t even bother straining to hear the other dog. It could be halfway across your neighborhood, and you probably won’t even hear it. Dogs’ hearing is far superior to ours.
The second reason is that your dog could be howling at the moon. Howling at the moon is an instinct inbred in canines and lupines (wolves). When a dog or wolf howls at the moon, it is usually either an indicator of it being nighttime, or it could be a c
