Your cat needs to trust you to the point of being able to hold it and perform intricate duties that may require your cat to remain still.

Duties like administering medications or clipping of nails or applying a flea and tick treatment, all require a steady hand and a very still cat.

If your cat trusts you, then it will not be as tempted to squirm out of your arms if you are doing something sensitive that needs your cat to be still.

Drooling dogs are great family dogs (most breeds) but the messes that can come from all that drool can be a bit much, especially when it is around your home.

If there is any doubt as to what your dog is up to when you’re not home, the drool evidence will paint you a picture soon enough.

Keeping a drooling dog outdoors is most likely the best option because dogs that drool are usually larger breeds and need that extra space anyway (the grass will not mind the drool).
