• They already have a list of people who want puppies. If you know people who do want one, send them to a local animal shelter where many puppies are hopefully waiting for someone to give them a forever home.
• They believe that spaying or neutering can make pets fat and lazy. Any normal dog given a healthy diet and plenty of physical activity will have lesser chances of becoming overweight and sedentary. 
• They want their children to see how puppies are born. Come to think of it, your dog isn’t a model to demonstrate pregnancy and whelping. You can bring your kids on an education field trip to a responsible dog breeder near you.
