4:41 PM Why your cat gets hairballs |
Your cat has become a permanent member of your family, and you all make a point to care for one another. Your pet has been getting a lot of hairballs lately, and you know you need to understand why she gets these in order to help her overcome them. Where do they come from? Your pet needs you to understand that she tries her best to stay well-groomed. Even if you brush her often and take the time to regularly meet her needs, she will still make an effort to take care of things one her own. When she does this, the shed fur she is removing from her coat is then ingested. Once this enters into her system, it builds up and become a hairball. This is then expelled when it becomes too large to stay put. For more information, please contact your local Georgetown, IN veterinarian. |
