There are different types and designs of tunnels you can buy from a pet store; however you can make tunnels for your pocket with materials you can easily find at home.

Soft Tunnels

Soft tunnels are usually made up of materials such as vinyl. These tunnels can be a challenge to clean compared to the hard plastic tunnels.

Boxes

Boxes provide your pets with many places to hide and play. You can use oatmeal tubes to Kleenex boxes to coffee boxes to form a tunnel system in your pet’s cage or playpen.

Paper Bags

Guinea pigs like to play with small brown paper bags. You can use larger paper bags for rabbits. These bags make great tunnels and hideouts.
