To do this without causing any distress to your pet, try to gradually switch over her food. This means that you feed her the food she is used to with a small amount of the new food mixed into it.

Over time, increase the amount of the new food you incorporate into her feedings. This will get her used to the taste and texture of the new food without her noticing that she is doing so, and in turn get her to become accustomed to consuming it day after day.
