Kittens that are under 4 weeks old will still need to be fed with a bottle. There are milk bottles specially designed for kittens that you can get at a pet supply store. While you’re there, get some kitten milk replacer because cow’s milk should never be given to kittens.
Kittens need to be fed every 2-3 hours when they’re less than a week old. Feedings can be done every 3 hours when they’re on their second to their 3rd week. At 4 weeks old, formula can be given every 4 hours. It is also during this time that the weaning process is started by offering some solid foods with the milk formula.
