3:51 PM Paw Care for Cats |
There are so many areas of a cat to care for! Arguably, one of the most important areas to keep an eye on is your cat’s paws. At least once a week, take a little time to inspect your cat’s paws closely. It’s an especially good idea if your cat ventures outside. Make sure that his paw pads aren’t dry or cracked, and that he doesn’t have any scratches or sores. Check for burrs between the toes. Check on your cat’s claws. With a scratching post, your feline friend should be able to take care of his nails on his own, but that doesn’t mean he couldn’t benefit from a quick trim! You may also notice that your cat is shedding a nail and could use your help. Need a little extra help? Ask your veterinarian Glendale AZ for more tips on caring for your pet’s paws. |
