Play is important when you have a pet. Both cats and dogs love to play, and even small pocket pets like to play! What about iguanas? Do they like to play too?

Iguanas don’t like to play like other animals, but that doesn’t mean you can’t catch your critter engaging in playful behaviors! For example, some iguanas like to splash around in their water bowl. If you notice your pet engaging in this behavior, try letting him play in a few inches of water in the bathtub.

Let your iguana out and about to see what interests him. He may like playing with the draperies, or he may like spending time with your furrier companions. He may even like playing hide and seek!
