The LaMancha is known for its heavy milk production with a butterfat content of around 4%. This particular goat produces around 1 to 2 gallons of milk per day. The goat is considered a medium size goat that can weigh between 130 and 155 pounds. The average height is between 28 and 30 inches (measured at the withers).
