Animal nutritionists recommend that diets of sugar gliders should be composed of about 75% pellets. The 25% consists of fresh fruits and vegetables. Any fresh produce should be washed thoroughly before being placed in the sugar glider’s cage at night time. All leftovers should be removed in the morning to prevent spoilage.
