It’s easy to purchase a bed for your dog, place it on the floor, and forget about it. However, that bed needs to be cleaned! Here are a few ways you can keep that bed clean.

First, vacuum it regularly, just like you would any other piece of furniture in your home. Special brush attachments can make this easy. Regular vacuuming can take care of hair and dirt before it gets into the cushion of the bed.

You will need to wash the bed every once in a while too. Using a cover makes this easy. All you have to do is remove the cover and throw it in the wash! If you don’t have a cover, you may have to put the whole bed in the washing machine, or spot clean it, if it’s too big.
