Have you noticed that your cat does not show any type of regret (like a dog does) when you are scolding it for something?

Your feline is, to its perception, doing no wrong in its own territory.

However, your perception probably does not agree with your cats “glossing over” of wrong doing in your home.

Your cat does not understand scolding, it may understand that it has done something that it has been scolded for in a prior situation, but is it really unable to show regret or submission like a dog does.

Why does your cat behave in an arrogant manner about something that has upset you?

Sensing that you are upset is something your cat comprehends, but unless you act on situations immediately as they happen, your cat has long forgotten what could have made you so upset.

Dogs tend to keep memory of their wrong doings, cats just simply brush everything off and move onto the next interesting thing. Pay a visit to this website Pet Med Clinic for more details.
