There is so much to do in summer. The warm weather is so inviting that even your pet can hardly wait to explore the great outdoors. However, there are some dangers that you should be aware of when taking your dog outside during the warm sunny days.
• Parasites
The warm and dry climate of the summer months creates a favorable environment for ticks, fleas, mosquitoes, and other insects. These parasites may also act as intermediate hosts for diseases that can affect you and your pet.
