Your dog values your time but do you value your dog’s time?

Your dog is grateful for every moment that you spend time with it, play with it and just show it some affection and attention.

Loving you unconditionally, your dog accepts when you are too busy to spend time with it (it may not like it) or you seem to be focused on something else like watching TV.

Every day, your dog knows roughly when you will be available to take it for a walk or when you arrive back home after an absence and it excitedly awaits to see if you will focus on it instead of other things (after all, it has waited very patiently for your return).

Is your dog’s time valuable to you?

Just because your dog seems to be available at any given moment, is that a good cause to take it for granted? Sometimes dog ownership means spending time with your dog even when it is not convenient for you, but you still put your dog before your own needs.
